When I first got the hair it did have a smell, so I looked up a way to get the smell out and they said use fabric softener and soak the bundles for a little. I soaked mine for about 2 hours then washed it out good and went on with the shampoo and conditioning process, after the wash it smelt so good and not like product anymore! So other than the smell the hair was soft and it doesn’t really tangle! It’s good with heat, very silky and so far my ends aren’t dry looking

Hair took about 5 days to be delivered. Hair is true to length. Takes well to color. I had mine bleached and it’s holding up well. Only con is the shielding. I’ve had it in now for about a week. I brush through it every night before tying it up so it doesn’t tangle. Great hair , great service ! I have a small head only installed two bundles.
